Selecting a template
We have added to Album DS a new and powerfull templates selection system. You may select templates from multiple folders, you may even filter the templates to look for a specific one.
After pressing the Templates button you will get a central templates selection control and at right a multiple selection control, just click on the folders you whish to add to your selection and press on Load Templates; but what if you are looking for a 5 pictures template with 2 vertical positioned pictures and 3 horizontal ?
It ' s easy, just click on the right mouse button when you are over the selection control, you will get a popup menu with 3 options:
Select all
Deselect all
Filter
First two are self explanatory, the third is our innovative filtering system. You will get a filter window  The first slider is to select the number of pictures of your template, the second tells how much pictures you want to put in vertical position and the third is for horizontal pictures. As you move sliders, horizontal and vertical controls automatically recalculate to fit the pictures number. Once you have set your values you may opt for a complete filtering ( number + positions) or only filtering by number of pictures. Now press on Filter, Album will search on the selected folders to show you the desired templates. You only have to double click on your preferred template thumbnail and it will open in Photoshop, ready for your album size. You have to take in mind that final vertical or horizontal position is also determined by album sizes as the templates will resize automatically to fit this sizes.
