Adding a background
Adding a background to your album sheet is very simple.You may add it as a pattern or as picture.
The program distinguishes between both kinds of backgrounds and applies one or other appropriately. Starting with our usual sheet, press on the backgrounds button at the Album program Then double click on the background thumbnail you whish to add and the Color fill layer at bottom of the Photoshop layers palette will get a pattern overlay effect, you may vary this effect by double clicking on it at the layers palette This is a wall like pattern You may also add a photographic background like a sunset, double click on it at the backgrounds thumbnails window and the photographic background will be added to the album fitting the whole album sheet. You may add your own backgrounds to the shipped ones, photographic backgrounds are JPG files saved to the Album/Backgrounds folder in high resolution format ( remember that you have to make a 100 pixels thumbnail and save it to Album/Backgrounds/Thumbs ). You will find samples of how to create a pattern backgrounds opening one of the PSD files at the Backgrounds folder.
